What is the minimum group size?+
Private custom tours can be arranged for as few as 2 travelers. For group tours, 4 to 8 people is ideal. We can also help match individual travelers to form small groups.
Can I request off-the-beaten-path routes only?+
Absolutely! We specialize in combining classic highlights with hidden gems. If you prefer exploring lesser-known destinations and local culture, our travel consultants will design a unique private route based on your interests.
Can itineraries be adjusted for different age groups or travel purposes?+
Of course! Whether it is a family trip with children, a relaxed journey for seniors, a honeymoon, corporate incentive travel, or a deep cultural experience — we tailor the pace and itinerary to your group composition and special needs.
Who are your local experts? What languages do your guides speak?+
Our local expert team includes Chinese-speaking guides who have lived in Europe for many years, professional cultural interpreters, and travel planners who are deeply familiar with local culture, transport, and attractions. Founder Raymund Tang speaks Chinese, English, German, Hungarian, and Taiwanese.
Will language be a barrier during the trip?+
Not at all. Our guides and customer service team provide friendly Chinese-language support throughout. Real-time Chinese assistance is available during the trip to ensure smooth communication and a barrier-free travel experience.
Do I need to arrange transport and accommodation myself? Do you offer airport transfers?+
No, you don't. We provide one-stop service including Vienna airport and other major city transfers, vehicle bookings, and curated accommodation recommendations — so you can enjoy the journey worry-free.
How do I start planning and booking a custom tour?+

How much does a tour cost?+
Costs vary depending on the number of days, group size, vehicle type, and special requirements. We offer everything from day trips to multi-day itineraries. Contact us for a personalized quote — we will recommend the best option within your budget.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. During peak season (June–September and Christmas/New Year), booking 1 to 2 months ahead is strongly recommended to secure your preferred dates, vehicle, and accommodation.
What are the payment methods?+
We accept bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure your dates. The remaining balance must be paid before departure. Detailed payment information will be provided after confirming the itinerary.
What weather and clothing should I prepare for?+
Europe has four distinct seasons. Spring and autumn (April–May, September–October) are mild — layered clothing is recommended. Summer (June–August) days are warm but mornings and evenings can be cool. Winter requires warm, windproof outerwear. We provide detailed weather forecasts and clothing tips before your trip.
Do I need a visa to travel to Europe?+
Taiwanese passport holders enjoy 90-day visa-free access to the EU Schengen Area. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure date. Travelers with other nationalities should contact us in advance for visa requirement guidance.
Can you provide child seats?+
Yes! All our vehicles can be equipped with legally compliant child safety seats. Please provide the children's ages and approximate weights when booking, and we will prepare the appropriate seats in advance.
