How far in advance should I book a private tour?+
We recommend starting the planning process at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. During peak season (June–September and Christmas/New Year), booking 1 to 2 months ahead is strongly recommended to secure your preferred dates, vehicle, and accommodation.
What is included in a custom tour package?+
Our packages include itinerary planning consultation, private vehicle transportation (Mercedes-Benz V-Class or 31-seat coach), Chinese-speaking guide, restaurant recommendations, and attraction suggestions. Accommodation and meal costs are quoted separately.
What is the minimum group size?+
Private custom tours can be arranged for as few as 2 travelers. Groups of 4 to 8 are ideal, and we can also help match travelers to form small groups.
What are the payment options?+
We accept bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure your dates. The remaining balance must be paid before departure.
