Before you book
- • Under-3s must show proof of age (a passport, for example) and be accompanied by at least one adult. They travel free but still occupy a seat.
- • The coach has no wheelchair access. Please note this before booking — we are sorry for the inconvenience.
- • The coach departs punctually. Latecomers cannot join and no refund is given.
- • Vienna to Hallstatt is about 4 hours each way. The return time is indicative — please schedule nothing else that day.
- • Passengers joining the return journey only (not the same-day tour) must meet at the coach parking area at 14:30.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 14 days before departure. After that, no cancellation, changes or refunds.
