Hotel
KM Europe Holiday offers a variety of accommodation for groups and individuals. We have an extensive inventory of hotels ranging from 1 star to 5 star hotels. Within our network you can find hotels all over Europe to suit your requirements
Students & Schools
If you’re on a budget, student hotels and hostels are a good choice. Students stay in multi bedded rooms which are basic or with en-suite facilities. Leaders stay in singles and twins in accordance with your request.
Apartments
n addition to hotels we can source apartments throughout Europe. We can arrange studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments from three to five stars in all our major destinations.
Coaches
Our professional multilingual guides provide an excellent insight to each city. They are also available for extended tours and excursions. In addition we provide tour escorts to groups on European tours.

Meals
We can recommend and book a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and special venues which can accommodate local, ethnic or international cuisine to suit all budgets and tastes.

We have preferential rates to all the major tourist attractions and shows including musicals and cabarets. These can be booked prior to the arrival of your groups.
VISA support
Many of our clients require our assistance with visas to the European countries. Our staff understand the importance of turning around correct visa support in a timely fashion.

Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed in writing. Our team will confirm them in a timely manner.
Cancellations
30 days or more: no cancellation charges
29-15 days: 50% cancellation charge
14-7 days: 75% cancellation charge
Groups cancelled after this period: 100% cancellation charge
Individual reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 100% cancellation charge
The cancellation policy applies to all group bookings.
We require a rooming list six weeks prior to arrival for groups, to forward to the hotels. The final rooming list must be supplied to us at least two weeks prior to arrival. Small amendments will be acceptable up to 7 days prior to arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will not be accepted and a cancellation charge may apply.
Liabilities
All the companies within KM Europe Holiday LTD. group give notice that all arrangements for transport and conveyance, and for hotel accommodation or for any services, are made by them as agents on express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or irregularity howsoever caused.
We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel insurance!!!
Complaint/Compensation
(a) In case of complaints or problems regarding the services supplied by KM Europe Holiday, the client should report them immediately to give KM Europe Holiday the chance to investigate and try to solve them.
(b) If the client fails to follow the procedure mentioned above, your right for compensation may be affected, as we will have been deprived of the opportunity to rectify the problem.
Emergencies
Things can go wrong no matter how well we plan. Flights can be delayed and passengers can become ill any day of the year. For this reason, our team with multi-cultural/ multilingual skills is available around the clock, 365 days a year.
